少数民族大学生社会性发展及其引导策略研究

摘    要:少数民族大学生是各民族和谐发展、共同繁荣的储备力量,其社会性发展直接关系到各民族的团结和社会的稳定发展。新时代,少数民族大学生的社会性发展面临着机遇与挑战。本研究分析发现,少数民族大学生社会性发展迟滞主要表现为个体对社会性发展的重视不足、政治意识薄弱、主流价值观认同度有限、角色认同偏差、个体差异较大几个方面。究其原因,主要是受到社会精神进步与物质发展不同步、文化多元化的冲突、社会交往复杂、社会竞争激烈、新媒体环境复杂等因素的共同影响。就此,本研究提出了积极发挥社会主义核心价值观的旗帜作用、坚定文化认同及文化自信、有效利用新媒体、营造良好的社会风气等几个引导策略以促进少数民族大学生社会性发展。

Abstract:Minority college students are the reserve force for the harmonious development and common prosperity of all ethnic groups. Their social development is directly related to the unity of all ethnic groups and the stable development of society.In the New Era,the social development of minority college students are facing both opportunities and challenges. The study in this paper analyzes the problem and finds that the sluggish social development of minority college students are mainly shown in five aspects: lack of significance to the social development by individuals, the weak political consciousness,the limited sense of identity to the social mainstream value, the deviation of character identity, and the huge differences among individuals. These phenomena are also largely caused by five influential factors: the deviation between social spirit and material development, the conflict of diverse cultures, the complicated social interpersonal relationship, the fierce social competition, and the complex environment of new media. Therefore, this study suggests four instructive strategies to promote the social development of minority college students. Firstly, to make the socialist core value play an active role and display the function of flag. Secondly, to strengthen and enhance the cultural identity as well as the cultural confidence. Thirdly, to make a proper use of new media. Last but not least, to create positive social morality.
