论提升民族地区基层党组织组织力的三重路径

民族地区经济社会发展与其他地区既有共性又有特殊性,特别是在经济状况、文化水平、风俗理念、行为观念等方面具有差异性,给基层党组织组织力提升造成了挑战。特别是针对民族地区基层党组织弱化、虚化和边缘化问题比较突出的现实,党中央开始了以加强政治建设,提升组织力为抓手的基层党组织建设工程,旨在切实发挥民族地区基层党组织在基层社会治理中的战斗堡垒和先锋模范作用。对于落实党的建设的一系列制度政策,促进民族地区社会和谐稳定具有积极意义。

On the Three Ways to Promote the Organizing Capacity of Grass-roots Party Organizations in Ethnic Minority Areas

The economic and social development of ethnic minority areas and other areas have both similarities and particularities, especially differences in economic conditions, cultural levels, customs and concepts of behavior, which pose challenges to the improvement of the organizing capacity of grass-roots Party organizations. Especially in view of the fact that the grass-roots Party organizations in minority areas are weakening, weakening and marginalizing, the Party Central Committee has started the project of grass-roots Party organizations construction with strengthening political construction and enhancing organizing capacity as its grasp, aiming at giving full play to the role of the grass-roots Party organizations in fighting fortress and vanguard and exemplary role in grass-roots social governance in minority areas.
