加强派出所工作,夯实稳定之基

派出所工作与基层基础建设仍较薄弱,根据江西实际,提出:一要借鉴兄弟省市的先进经验,大力推行社区警务,将其摆在优先发展的战略地位;二要大力推进基层基础建设,实行群防群治,使其上台阶、上水平;三要做到面向、强化、服务基层,确保派出所工作与基层基础建设真正落到实处,只有发挥无穷民力,才能夯实社会稳定之基。
