企业“大学生青年”价值观的现状、成因及对策

摘    要:大学毕业生到企业工作后,相当长一段时间里,其思想行为与企业要求之间总是存在许多不适应,这些不适应大多集中地反映为与企业价值观的矛盾,这些矛盾是当代大学生价值观中负面倾向的延续.除了社会转型的影响和市场经济的负面作用外,教育与企业需求的脱节、就业方式的多样化,应该是更为直接的原因.要教育引导企业大学生青年树立正确的价值观,必须从知行结合、尊重企业的发展阶段规律以及多方位引导等方面多多给予帮助.

Abstract:During a rather long period after college graduates have begun working in enterprises,their thoughts and behaviors cannot fulfill the needs of enterprises in many ways,which mainly is showed as the contradictions on views-enterprise of value.These contradictions are the extension of the negative tendency of college students' views on value.In addition to the negative influences from social transformation and market economy,the being disjointed between education and enterprise-needs,together with the diversification of employment,should be more direct causes.In order to guide college graduates to set up right views on value, we must help them in terms of learning combined with practice,respect to the periodical developing rules of enterprises,and guidance of bearings etc.
