安徽省社会治安状况及其防控对策——以2005-2011年安徽省违法犯罪情况为样本的实证分析

社会治安状况实质是社会关系的外在反映;犯罪与社会物质文化生活紧密相连。搞好社会治安,是关系人民群众生命财产安全和改革、发展、稳定的大事。近十年来,安徽省刑事案件和治安案件数量总体上有所上升,但基本可控,这是伴随社会转型期经济社会快速发展的一种必然结果。强化社会治安管理,应在综合治理的基础上,加大管理经费投入,健全流动人口管理服务机制,充分整合民力资源,逐步完善社会防控体系。

On Law-and-order Situation of Anhui Province and Its Prevention and Control Countermeasures

The essence of the law-and-order situation is the external reflection of social relations, and the crime is closely linked with our social material and cultural life. Better relations of public security is an protection for the people＇s life and property safety. In the recent decade, the number of criminal cases and public security cases in Anhui province has increased generally, but it is still under control, which is an inevitable result of the rapid development of economy and society. It is hoped that, the prevention and control system can be gradually improved on the basis of comprehensive treatment, increasing financial investment management, improving the mechanism of migrant population management, and full integration of the financial resources of people resources.
