| 摘 要： | 当前,法律监督权配置的突出领域是对一些行政规范性文件和审判解释的监督。应该从立法上明确检察机关对抽象行政行为和审判解释的法律监督权,明确检察机关对抽象行政行为和审判解释进行监督的方式,并建立相应的配套制度。
