政府诚人刍议

私法中的诚实信用原则已为人们广为熟知,公法中的政府诚信原则在二战后的发达国家也纷纷确立(行政信赖保护原则)。本文主要对政府诚信的主体、客体及载体等方面进行分析,提出构建我国政府诚信的基本法律框架,以塑建现代责任政府形象,保障相对人的正当权益,以完善我国行政法律体系。

The honesty and reputation credit of the private law has already been widely familiar to people,and government honesty and credit principle in the public law after the Second World War have been established in most developed countries(the administrative faith in a protective principle).the paper mainly analyzes the subject,object and carrier of government honesty and credit principle,and puts formeard setting up the basic frame of government honesty and credit principle,and setting up the image of modern duty government to guarant the rights of the relative person,and perfect our country's administration law system.
