| 摘 要： | 公民受教育权是宪法规定的一项最基本的权利。受教育权平等包括受教育机会的平等和受教育待遇的平等。文章认为现实生活中公民的受教育状况存在着许多有悖于平等的现象 ,并提出从三个方面予以保护的对策建议。

This right should include both the equality of opportunity and treatment but many unfair problems have appeared in reality. The author thinks the protection should be carried out from three sides. |
