| 摘 要： | 为落实全国司法鉴定管理工作会议的统一部署,切实建立质量管理体系,不断提升司法鉴定质量,在认证认可试点工作取得成效的基础上,提出了认证认可保障鉴定质量的几个重要理念,指出了紧抓认证认可几个关键环节,对贯彻落实全国人大常委会《关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》,对加强鉴定机构自身建设具有重要意义,对推进认证认可提升鉴定质量具有实践指导作用。

| Abstract: | In order to implement the deployment from the Ministry of Justice and CNCA about comprehensively promoting the certification and accreditation work,this paper sums up the experience of the pilot,identifies the working ideas and points out the key links of the promotion.It can serve as the guidline for promoting the construction of forensic appraisal bodies and strengthening their quality management. |
