| 摘 要： | 在体育教学实践中，困扰教师最大的难题就是学生的练习热情不高。随着“快乐体育”观念的深入人心，兴趣在体育课中的重要作用开始得到充分的认识。兴趣是最好的老师，是最直接的学习动力。可以说，兴趣对学生的锻炼动机和锻炼效果均起到至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In the practice of physical education,teachers are always puzzled by a difficult question that students are not enthusiastic about the practice.With the concept of "Happy Sports" becoming popular among the students,interest teaching in PE is beginning to be fully accepted.Interest is the best teacher as well as the most direct driving force of study.It can be said that interest plays an important role in students' training motives and results. |
