摘    要:业务考评制度之研究逐渐成为新兴热点,以往的研究模式囿于抽象的理论层面而使其显得玄虚空洞。制度经济学运用经济学的实证方法,摆脱了传统的分析路径,从制度的架构、绩效、变迁等视角,为解读业务考评制度提供了一种崭新而又形象的研究方法。

Abstract:Study of career appraisal system has become a hot topic. The previous study pattern limits on the theoretical level and makes it empty. Systemetic economics uses the positive approach of economics, keeps from the traditional analyzing route and provides a new and vivid study method for understanding career appraisal system from the perspectives of the structure of system, achievements and changes.
