| Abstract: | Starting from analyzing the nature and characteristic of the slot charter party,this paper,through illustrating the application of the conventions on limitation of maritime liability to the slot charterers,the questionnaire of CMI in 2008 and the replies of CMI member countries,as well as the English case MSC Napoli,investigated the slot charterers' limitation of liabilities for maritime claims and proposed relevant suggestion. |
