| 摘 要： | 我国加入ＷＴＯ后，不仅仅会在经济与贸易规则方面发生很多变化，同时也会波及到方方面面。意味着我国将通过立法和司法履行自己的承诺。随着外国证券机构进入我国证券市场，证券行业将会产生许多新问题，出现一些新型的证券犯罪，这就需要我们尽早研究对策，使得我国证券市场在入世后有健康、稳定的发展。

| Abstract: | joining the WTO is not only economic fare but fulfill our promise by the registration and regulations. With the foreign securities companies entering, domestic securities market will produce a series of new questions, which situation requires us make an enquiry of the cause of the new tape securities crime in order to promote domestic market development in the future. |
