| 摘 要： | WHILE the Western world is still grappling with the credit crisis that has wreaked havoc on insti-tutional and individual finances, Chinese banks are increasingly pulling out all the stops to issue more credit cards. By the end of the first quarter of 2009 a record 142 million Chinese credit cards were in circulation. |
