| 摘 要： | 社会保险法作为一国经济和政治生活的稳定器,在整个制度体系中居于十分重要的地位,特别是在金融危机下,社会保险制度的重要性显得更加突出。2009年社会保险法基本法立法被列为全国人大的工作任务之一,但是从公布的《社会保险法》(草案)来看,则还存在许多不足之处需要完善。

| Abstract: | As a stabilizer of economic and political life of a country,social insurance law is in a very important position in the whole system.Under the financial crisis,the importance of social insurance system is more prominent.In 2009,the social insurance legislation was included in the tasks of National People's Congress.However,there are still many deficiencies in the published Social Insurance Law(draft) need to be improved. |
