Analytical procedures for determination of opiates in hair: a review |

| Abstract: | This article reviews the analysis of opiates in hair. Hair matrix pretreatment, hydrolysis, extraction and detection procedures are presented amongst a study of over 70 bibliographic data. In addition, a new method for the extraction of opiates from hair, in which a powdered sample of hair is extracted directly by subcritical fluid, is presented. |
