| 摘 要： | 当代中国农村正处于社会利益多元化、社会结构急剧调整的社会转型时期,如何正视农村利益多元化、承认利益多元、化解利益冲突,对农村利益格局进行法律调控,在看到农村利益多元化推动农村法治建设的同时,通过法治限制利益多元化的负面影响,已成为转型时期调整农村利益关系的一个重大课题。

| Abstract: | The contemporary village of China is being placed in a social benefits diversification,social structure nasty play to adjust during social transformation period,how to face a village benefits diversification and admit a benefits diverse,dissolve benefits conflict,carry on law to adjust to control to the village benefits structure and form.At the same time of seeing the village construction,passing the rule of law restriction's benefits diversifies negative influence,and it has become an important topic to adjust the village benefits in transform period. |
