胸膜肺炎放线杆菌感染对猪肺及肺门淋巴结抗氧化功能的影响

摘    要:将24头健康DLY(杜洛克×长白×约克夏)仔猪按性别、体重随机分为2组,采用鼻腔喷雾法分别接种生理盐水(对照组)和含3.8×107 CFU/mL胸膜肺炎放线杆菌的稀释液(试验组),研究了猪感染胸膜肺炎放线杆菌48h后血清及肺组织抗氧化功能的变化。结果显示,试验组血清中SOD、CAT的含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);GSH-Px、MDA含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);-OH含量显著高于对照组(0.010.05)。试验组肺组织除CAT含量显著高于对照组(0.01

Abstract:To examine the effect of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(APP) infection on the antioxidant function of serum and the lung tissue in pigs,24 healthy DLY(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)piglets were randomly divided into two groups by gender and body weight inoculated with physiological saline(control group) and the diluent contained 3.8×107 CFU/mL APP serotypeⅠ(treatment group) by atomizing inhalation in each nostril,respectively.Compared with those of the control group,it was found that in the treatment group,the serumal superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) contents decreased(P<0.01),and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) decreased(P>0.05);while the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malonaldehyde(MDA) contents increased(P<0.01),and the serumal hydroxyl radical(-OH) content increased(0.01
