中国监狱系统职称制度存在的问题及对策初探

随着经济社会的发展,社会的分工越来越精细化,为适应这种变化,各行各业都在进行专业化建设,都在建立具有本行业特色的职称制度。监狱系统传统的＂大一统＂职称评审体系,只能对部分专业岗位进行评审,且评聘分离,而大量的从事监管矫正工作的监狱警察则被拒在职称评审的门外,职称评审在中国监狱系统当中应有的作用没有得到充分发挥。因此,借鉴西方经验,在中国监狱系统设立矫正师职称,建立矫正师职称评审体系就显得非常必要。
