| 摘 要： | 马克思主义大众化与提升领导科学发展能力的关系问题是一个重大的理论和现实问题。总的来说,马克思主义大众化更处基础性地位,具有目的性功能;而提升领导科学发展能力则因处于衍生性地位,而更具手段性价值。在社会主义建设和发展过程中,二者虽各有倚重,但却相辅相成。马克思主义大众化为提升领导科学发展能力提供现实背景、理论资源、方法论原则和价值取向;提升领导科学发展能力为推动马克思主义大众化提供人才储备、制度保障和现实的动能。
