网络舆论形成机制研究

当前,网络舆论的强势地位正在显现,其影响力也在与日俱增,并产生了积极的和消极的社会影响。本文认为,网络舆论的形成路径包括:形成网络议题;形成舆论场;形成意见轴心;形成立体传播。有效引导网络舆论的对策措施包括:加大网络把关力度,从源头上解决网络信息的健康问题;建立网络舆论应对机制,快速稳妥地处置已经形成热点的网络舆论;完善相关法律法规,使网络管理规范化、法制化。

At present,the network public opinion ’s strong position is shown,its influence is in grow with each passing day,and the positive and negative social impact.Network of public opinion formation:one is to form the network issues;two is the formation of the public opinion field;three is formed on the axis;four is the formation of three-dimensional communication.Effective guidance of network public opinion measures:one is to increase the network check strength,from the source to solve the network information of health problems;two is the establishment of network public opinion coping mechanisms,fast and safe handling has become hotspot of network public opinion;three is to improve the relevant laws and regulations,make network management standardization law.
