| 摘 要： | 本文利用系统科学的观点和理论方法建立了公安学的核心框架体系,并在此基础上,提出公安学研究的一般方法和一般理论基础,指出公安学科群建设的必由之路。试图从一个全新的角度引出公安学科研究的理化认识,特别是对公安科建设的理论方法,以期到抛砖引玉的效果。
