The replacement of capitalism by socialism is an inexorable trend of historical development. The new change capitalism had undergone after the War did not change such trend but accelerated it. The disintegration of the former Soviet Union and the upheaval of East Europe could by no means negate such trend. They just evince the failure of one mode of socialism and the sinuosity of the inevitable victory of socialism. The approach of information era in no case predicates the eternity of capitalism. On the contrary, it provides even sounder technological basis for socialism in its triumph over capitalism. Besides, the developmental trend of the information society's marching towards a more advanced intelligence society confirms the verity of the necessary realization of socialism.
