Report on the Work of the Civil College of the USSR Supreme Court

Under the USSR Constitution and the Statute on the USSR Supreme Court, supervision of the judicial activity of the courts of the USSR, and of the courts of the union republics within the limits established by law, is realized by this College, as well as by the USSR Supreme Court as a whole.
