Instruction on the Procedure for Applying Compulsory Treatment and Other Medical Measures to Mentally Ill Persons Who Have Committed Socially Dangerous Acts,February 14, 1967 (1)

In accordance with the criminal legislation, the following compulsory medical measures may be applied to mentally ill persons who have committed socially dangerous acts:

(a) commitment to a general psychiatric hospital;

(b) commitment to a special psychiatric hospital.
