Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation No. 161 of March 26, 2013, "On Adoption of Regulations for the Conduct of an Official Check in Bodies,Organizations, and Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation"

MVD Order No. 161 regulates the procedure of conducting an official check within the system of bodies of internal affairs of the Russian Federation, including the initiation and conduct of the check, the rights and obligations of the check-up commission and the employee(s) being checked, and the registration of the results of the official check.
