Abstract: | Two vectors in development policy can clearly be seen in today's world. The first is globalization, the current dominant trend. The second, sustainable development, is a principle that, although formally recognized by the world community, is still far from being implemented in real life. In this context, it is vital to determine the link between globalization and the principle of sustainable development and the further link between sustainable development and the new protest movements that have emerged in reaction to the negative social consequences of globalization. |
