Why the Kuzbass Mines Are Closing

An incident at the bus station: the Kemerovo-Prokop'evsk bus was ready to leave. The ticket-taker had wished us a pleasant journey and was about to leave the platform when the woman on duty, wearing a red headband, turned to her and said:

"Stepanovna, a miner from another line is late changing buses; you should take him."
