| Abstract: | In this paper,a comparative analysis on claim for reinstitution interest in commercial instrument laws and regulations of China,China's Taiwan and other nations is made by interpreting the nature and condition of claim for reinstitution interest.Moreover,the disadvantage in China's corresponding laws and regulations and their legislative deviations are pointed out,and some modifications are suggested as well. |
