| 摘 要： | 良好的编辑职业道德是做好学报编辑工作的前提,但是学报编辑职业道德建设受到多种因素的困扰。文章分析了当前学报编辑工作中的道德失范现象及其成因,并提出如何加强学报编辑职业道德建设的意见。
