和谐社会中的官德建设

各级领导干部的素质是巩固党的执政地位,提高党的执政能力的关键。当前在党政领导干部队伍中存在的种种不良现象,严重地影响了党的形象,阻碍了和谐社会的构建和良好的社会风气的形成。从历史的、辩证的角度出发,探讨"官德"的重要性,分析我国现阶段官德建设中存在的问题,对官德建设以及党的执政能力建设具有重要意义。

Improve Officials' Moral Standard, Construct the Harmonious Society

It is essential that cadres at all levels should improve their art of leadership so as to consolidate the Party's governing status,to enhance our Party's administrative capacity,and to construct harmonious society.There,however,exist undesirable tendencies of all sorts among our cadres,to a certain extent,as has affected our Party's image,and has hindered the construction of the harmonious society and the formation of a healthy social convention.The paper aims at exploring the importance of the officials' moral construction,the existing problems at present in this field,and the possible approaches to improve it.
