| 摘 要： | 加入世界贸易组织 (WTO) ,对我们的交通管理工作提出了新的要求 ,作为执法者 ,交通警察的素质及执法水平对入世后的交通管理起着决定性的作用。因此 ,我们必须加强交通警察的素质训练 ,以期尽快适应WTO的相关规则 ,提高交通管理的水平。

| Abstract: | The entry into WTO puts forword new demands to our traffic management. As law executor, the quality and enforcement level of traffic policemen play an important role in traffic management after entering into WTO. So we must strengthen quality training to traffic police in order to adapt to related rules and improve managing level. |
