| 摘 要： | 随着人类环境的日益恶化,环境犯罪以及立法已成为法律界一个热点问题。不管是个人或国家都享有享受环境的权利,与此同时,危害国际环境的犯罪行为的个人或国家也应当承担应有的刑事责任,还要针对犯罪主客体采取防控措施,让人类环境受到法律的保护。

| Abstract: | Along with growing degeneration of human environment,environmental crime and legislature in this field have become a hot issue debated in the legal circle.Both country and individual have rights of enjoying environment,and whether individual or country ought to bear criminal responsibility in violation to the world environment.At the same time,some measures of prevention from crime against both subject and object should be taken to protect human environment legally. |
