| 摘 要： | 世界高等教育大众化进程的实践见证了一个事实,即各国高等教育在从精英阶段向大众化阶段的转化过程中,都经历了整个高等教育系统内部从布局、管理、形式、层次等全方位的变化。其中,高等教育的结构体系是大众化进程中的关键问题。

| Abstract: | The popularization course of world higher education witnesses the truth that in the transformation from outstanding-figure-education period to popularization period,higher educations in different countries in the world all experienced the internal all-round changes of the educational system in layout,administration,form and level.Among these changes,the structure system of higher education turns out to be the key problem in popularization course. |
