| 摘 要： | 在领导社会主义革命和法制建设的实践中,列宁建构了富有特色的社会主义检察监督理论。列宁认为,苏维埃设立检察机关的目的就是要巩固统一的社会主义法制,维护社会主义法律秩序和社会主义所有制,保护公民的权利和利益不受任何侵犯。在列宁看来,检察监督的职能既包括一般监督,又包括诉讼监督,还包括法制统一的监督。
