| 摘 要： | 信息革命改变着人类社会,同时也必定改变着我们公安机关的组织和机制。公安机关应该积极采取措施,树立先进的学习理念,加强民警的组织学习,与时俱进地创建“学习型公安机关”,为公安机关的持续发展提供动力,努力锻造一支适应形势发展和不断追求最佳战斗力的公安队伍。

| Abstract: | The information revolution changed not only the human society but also the organization and system of the public security oigans. The public security organs should take steps positively, set up advanced learning conception, strengthen the police regular learning of an organization, establish the public security oigans learning constantly advancing along with the time. That will provide the motive power for the public security organs to continuously develop and establish public security troops meeting the needs of situation and seeking the best combat effectiveness continuously. |
