| 摘 要： | 作为正式政治权力结构的基础要件,乡镇政治在整个国家政治构架中具有超乎寻常的重要性.长期以来,许多研究中国近现代政治的学者,都将乡镇政治作为解读中国政治转型成败得失的密码,透过这一密码,现代困家建设与政治发展的一系列重大问题,如政治权力运作过程的变化、统治与治理的有效性、资源的提取与分配、合法性基础的转换以及革命、骚乱与群体行动的动因等等,都会逐一找到答案,从而获得中国政治现代转型的全景透视.
