| 摘 要： | 本课题研究以达到正视福利养老的资源稀缺，应变空巢独居的急剧增长为目的，提出了创建和示范服务保障机制，实现社区服务的辐射方法。其结果是解决了空巢独居老年人口居家养老问题，得到了海内外好评。结论：居家养老导向的社区服务开发可以成为区域产业增长极。

| Abstract: | The objective is to solve the issues of increasing urban population at empty-nest status caused by the resource insufficiency for aging cares.The method is to create and promote a service security system and radiated related community services.The result is to facilitate ideologies and practices for problem solutions and win international appreciations.The conclusions are the successful integration of empty-nest status and community cares. |
