| 摘 要： | 唐律是一部刑法典,其中有一些补充条款。它的种类包括了律条对律条、令格式对律条、礼对律条的补充等。补充条款的功能有:对犯罪主体、主观方面、客体、客观方面等的补充。与补充条款相关还有一些问题值得关注,其中有:关于设立补充条款的思想理论基础、"疏议"在设立补充条款中的作用、设立补充条款的两个重要原因、设立补充条款的影响等一些问题。

| Abstract: | The Tang Code is a criminal code containing supplementary articles with different forms.They are intended mainly to add contents concerning to the subject,subjectivity,object and objectivity of crimes.Issues related with the supplementary articles worthy concerning are the ideological and theoretical foundation of the supplement,the role that Shuyi plays in the supplementary articles,the two reasons why the Code was supplemented,and the impact of the supplementary articles. |
