| 摘 要： | "民事速裁"不同类型的设置与规定,是减少审判资源损耗,科学、合理、迅速、及时裁判决断案件的客观要求。我国现行立法有关"民事速裁"类型的设置不仅单一,内容也过于简陋。为此,对于"民事速裁"类型、特征与设置原理进行深入研究,进而加强"民事速裁"不同类型的立法设置,是应对与解决民事案件急剧上升的现实需要。
