| 摘 要： | 人类社会的发展史,就是一部人与自然的关系史.考察人与自然关系的历史演变,至少可得出两点启示一是人类必须搞清楚自己与自然界的关系,二是人类应该努力协调人与自然的关系,最终解决人与自然的矛盾.可持续发展战略的实施,使人与自然矛盾的真正解决成为可能.宁夏在实施反贫困战略和进行大开发时,也应解决好生态环境问题,协调好人与自然的关系,走可持续发展的道路.

| Abstract: | The development history of humanit y society is a relationship history b etween man and nature.Investigate t he historical evolution of the relatio nship between man and nature,can obt ain two enlighenments:The first is t hat man must get a clear understanding of the relatio nship between oneself and nature:Th e second is that man should actively c oordinate the relationship between man and nature,ultimately resolve the contradiction between man and nature.The advan cement of the theory of continuousable developme nt and the implementation of the stra tegy,make it possible to really reso lve the contra-diction between man and nature.When the strategy of anti-poverty is impl emented in Ningxia and developed,sh ould resolve the problem of ecological environme nt better too,coordinate the relationship between man and nature,take t he continu-ousable development road. |
