在中国改革开放30年之际,回顾劳动关系理论研究,经历了初始研究、沉寂后重肩和进一步发展的过程.初步形成了在方法和内容方面有所区别的诸种论说,包括注重劳权-劳动者的理论演绎说、注重产权-公民劳动者的实证归纳说、注重国别特色的境外理论-实证说、多学科视角的多种国内劳动关系论说等.在此基础上,启发我们对现阶段中国的劳动关系特征有新的认识.

A Review of the Research on Labor Relations Theory in China since Reform and Opening up

In the 30 years of reform and opening up in China,the research on labor relations theory went through a process of early research,silence and restart,and more development.A good many theories have been formed with different method and content,such as the deduction theory focus on labor rights and labors,the empirical analysis theory focus on property right and citizen labors,the overseas theory focus on characteristics of different countries,the local theories with multi-subject perspectives,and so on.
