On the Protection of Trademark Rights on Internet

With the swift development of cybereconomy, the trademark rights disputes on internet, such as the conflicts of registered trademark with network domain name and the trademark infringed on the homepage, have already become a great obstacle of network economic development at present. It is a system engineering that trademark rights are protected on internet. This paper tries to explore a set of systems that trademark rights are protected on Internet under the existing condition.
