| 摘 要： | 国际格局力量的分化与组合是当代国际社会的显著特征,权力、机制与理念是观察当今国际局势的三个关键维度。中国基于变化的国际情势和自身国情,坚持和推动国际社会形成基于责任意识、合作精神、共赢思维、和谐理念的国际治理理念,以推动国际治理的良好开展。同时,中国参与国际治理时要在制定国际治理理念、平衡国内外社会各方面利益及处理对内改革、对外开放政策等方面采取相关措施。
