| 摘 要： | 制度的生命力在于执行。延安时期我党廉政制度的有效执行主要得益于法规制定中因势而易、系统配套,落实过程中领导带头、惩处严格,执行过程中改善环境、推行民主,执行机制上注重监督、大胆改革。这些历史经验启示我们,在廉政制度执行中法规是依据,过程是关键,环境是保障,机制是根本,只有从这四个方面着手才能切实提高执行力。
