| 摘 要： | 法律语词是《现代汉语词典》中的很小一部分,但具有系统性。第五版《现代汉语词典》中的法律词语主要有四类：纯粹性法律词语、交叉学科性质的法律语词、法律相关词语和表现为一种当代的语用性质的法律语词。与《法学辞典》相比,第五版《现代汉语词典》在词目收录、释义及词目结构上均有所不同,在词性标注和释义上也存在若干不足。
