| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是我们党在新时期提出的新课题。如何构建社会主义和谐社会?首先要把握和谐社会的科学内涵、本质,构建和谐社会要在党的领导下循序渐进。和谐社会最终得以实现,则是要靠法治建设、制度建设和道德建设的统一。而这种统一最终也是为了实现社会的公平与正义。
