| 摘 要： | 城乡二元结构不平衡发展是世界各国现代化发展中带有普遍性的现象，我国现代化建设同样也遇到这一问题。深刻总结历史经验教训，探寻适合中国国情的模式以解决好这一矛盾，是当前实施新农村战略、实践科学发展观之必须。本文试对这一问题的成因进行分析，并提出理论性和实践性的思考与对策。
