| 摘 要： | 提请批准逮捕书是公安机关常用的法律文书,是公安机关提请批准逮捕犯罪嫌疑人的法律依据,是公安机关行使诉讼权力的表现。其制作直接反映了公安机关实施法律的过程和办案质量。文章针对某些公安机关基层实践中出现的问题,提出规范化制作的设想。

| Abstract: | The application submitted for approval of an arrest is the legal paper commonly used by the public security organization.It is the legislative authority of public security organization's application submitted for approval of arresting suspects,and the manifestation of police's enforcement of their litigious right.Its making reflects directly police's process of law enforcement and their quality of handling cases.In accordance with the problems appeared in basic-level police's practice,this article advances the tentative plan of standardized making of the application submitted for approval of an arrest. |
