| 摘 要： | 2019年12月270,最高人民法院發佈了《最高人民法院關於適用〈中華人民共和國外商投資法〉若干問題的解釋》(以下簡稱《解釋》)以及《關於人民法院進一步為「一帶一路」建設提供司法服務和保障的意見》(以下簡稱《一帶一路意見二》)和《關於人民法院為中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區臨港新片區建設提供司法服務和保障的意見》(以下簡稱《新片區意見》)。最高人民法院在同時段密集發佈三個法律文件.表明了最高人民法院積極主動.切實貫徹黨中央決策部署,對於中國進一步擴大開放持有堅定的信心和決心。
